This privacy policy applies to StutterBuddy.ch. Should there be any inconsistency between this policy and any other applicable document, this policy applies.
The protection of your data and privacy are important to us. We want to make sure that you know what and how your data is being processed and if you are uncomfortable with that, you can make a collected decision about whether you want to share it with us or not.

- Video files and at what time they were submitted (temporarily)
- How much we managed to shorten a video
- How long it took to convert your video
- What settings you chose to convert a video with
- Your order history (this does not include any credit card information)

Your information is collected when you use our services, this includes uploading, submitting and converting a new video, visiting/using our website, creating accounts or contacting us.
3. Why is your personal information being processed?
There are multiple reasons for which your data is being processed, which may be:
- Ensuring the functionality of our services
- Improving user experience by optimizing our services
- Creating, advertising and selling new products based on your behaviour
- Customer communication and satisfaction, by mail or contact form
4. How is your data protected?
StutterBuddy.ch holds privacy and security in very high regard. There are many automatic and manual processes in place to protect your data from unauthorized access.
5. How long is your data saved?
We keep your data for as long as we think is necessary. We delete it as soon as it is not needed anymore or if you explicitly tell us to do so. If you do want us to delete our data, get in touch with us at service@stutterbuddy.ch. You can assert your data protection right at anytime if you wish to do so.

7. How are cookies being used?
We use cookies to ensure the basic functionality of our website, like staying logged-in. Those are so-called session cookies and are immediately deleted after your session has ended (either by user log-out or by timeout).
